We have a beautiful golden autumn with lots of bright sunwarm breeze and colouring leaves on the treesWithin a week, maybe it is difficult to relax in the fresh air, but when the weekend comes, the legs themselves carry us out.
I taste myself in regional festivals. So when my eyes met the proper poster, I decided to go to Supraśl to attend at Apples Festival. It seemed to meat first glancewith a slight tinge of politic (see - The embargo imposed by Russiaa lot of buzz in August)On the other hand, the action "Jar for Jar", where you can exchange with each other the homemade jamsthe competition for the best apple piecaptivated me

And here I present my personal Apple Fete - yummy apple roulade and a super apple chips snack.

ROLADA JABŁKOWA:
6 żółtek
6 białek
6 łyżek mąki
4 łyżki cukru
2 łyżki cukru waniliowego
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

APPLE ROULADE:
6 egg yolks
6 egg whites
6 tablespoons of flour
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
5-6 apples

Peel the apples, cut them into the cubes and put them into the oily rectangular baking form. Beat the egg whites and blend the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the egg whites with the egg yolks and in the end, while you're still blending the cake, add the flour with the baking powder. Pour the mixture over the apple cubes and insert the cake into the oven preheat to 180 Celsius degrees for 20-25 minutes.
When the cake is still warm, it must be removed from the form (apples upward) on a linen cloth. Then, using a cloth roll the dough into a roulade, neatly press and leave to cool.
CHIPSY JABŁKOWE:
2 średnie jabłka pokrojone w cienkie plasterki
3 łyżki roztopionego masła
pół łyżeczki cynamonu

Jabłka pokroić w bardzo cienkie plasterki, wydrążając środek. Ułożyć je na blaszce przykrytej papierem do pieczenia, polać roztopionym masłem i obsypać cynamonem, a następnie włożyć do nagrzanego do 180 stopni piekarnika i piec około 10-15 minut.

APPLE CHIPS:
2 apples
3 tablespoons of melted butter
0,5 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

Cut the apples into the thinly slices. Lay the into the baking plate covered with baking paper, pour with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Next insert the apples into the oven preheat to 180 Celsius degrees and bake around 10-15 minutes or even less.
One Republic "Au revoir":
